Terms of Service

At Max Effort Training & Bodywork, we strive to provide the best possible experience for all our clients. However, as with many service-based businesses, certain conditions govern our refund practices.

  • No Refunds for Services Rendered: Refunds will not be issued for services that have already been provided, including personal training sessions and therapeutic massage. Once a session is completed, the payment is considered final. If a Client is dissatisfied with the service rendered, we encourage them to voice their concerns during or after the session. Our team is committed to addressing any issues and working toward a satisfactory resolution, whether through adjustments in future sessions, modifications to the service plan, or other appropriate remedies.

  • Medical or Personal Emergencies: In cases where a Client faces a legitimate medical or personal emergency that prevents them from continuing with scheduled sessions, the Trainer/Bodyworker may, at their discretion, offer a partial refund or a credit toward future sessions. This is considered on a case-by-case basis, and documentation (such as a doctor's note or proof of emergency) may be required to qualify for such accommodations. We encourage Clients to notify us as soon as possible if such an emergency occurs so we can work together to find a fair and reasonable solution.

We understand that life can be unpredictable, and we aim to be understanding and flexible in genuine cases of hardship. However, we ask that Clients be mindful of our cancellation and refund policy, as we are dedicated to maintaining the quality and integrity of our services for all clients
