    • Equipment: The program you receive (e.g., "Standard Gym Strength" or "Standard Home Bodyweight") is based on a generalized equipment availability for that title. We cannot swap exercises if you discover you lack certain equipment.

    • Safety is Your Responsibility: You are responsible for ensuring your form is correct, that you are using proper weight, and that your training environment is safe. Always consult a physician before beginning any new exercise routine.

    2. What is NOT Included

    To maintain the high value and low price point of the Standard Tier, the following services are excluded:

    • No Customization: The program is a fixed, proven template. We cannot adjust the plan for specific injuries, unique equipment restrictions, or personal scheduling outside of the provided structure.

    • No Direct Email Support: This tier does not include direct contact, check-ins, or troubleshooting from the trainer. All questions must be resolved using the provided instructional videos and guides.

    • No Form Checks: We cannot review video submissions or provide feedback on your lifting technique.
