Cancellation Policy
Purpose: This policy outlines the guidelines and expectations for clients engaging in personal training and bodywork services provided by Max Effort Training & Bodywork], hereafter referred to as the “Trainer” or “Bodywork Specialist” (“we,” “our,” or “us”). Consultation and Assessment: All clients must undergo an initial consultation to discuss their fitness goals, current exercise routine, injuries, and preferred training style. A detailed fitness assessment will be conducted at the beginning of the program to establish a baseline and track progress. Personal Training Services: Our certified personal trainers will develop a customized workout plan targeting the client's unique needs and preferences. Clients will receive one-on-one training sessions, each lasting approximately 60 minutes, and nutritional guidance to complement the workout plan. Bodywork Services: Our bodywork specialists offer various types of massage therapy, assisted stretching sessions, and injury rehabilitation services tailored to the client's needs. Client Responsibilities: Clients must provide accurate information about their health and maintain open communication with their trainer or bodywork specialist. Adherence to the workout and bodywork plan is crucial for achieving desired results. Service Limitations: Our services do not include medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. We maintain the confidentiality and privacy of all personal and health information shared during consultations, assessments, and sessions. Fees and Payment: Fees for personal training and bodywork services are to be paid upfront and are non-refundable. We accept various payment methods and offer package options for single sessions, monthly packages, or long-term programs. Cancellation and Rescheduling: Clients must provide at least 24 hours' notice for cancellations or rescheduling of sessions. In case of emergencies, clients should notify us as soon as possible. If a trainer or bodywork specialist needs to cancel or reschedule a session, clients will be notified promptly. Modifications and Termination: We reserve the right to modify this policy at any time. Clients may terminate services at any time by notifying us in writing. Any unused sessions or packages will not be refunded.
